Purchased for Honda Pilot. It provides the necessary wedge to keep my lower back comfortable and adheres to the leather seat without slipping. I can even feel the warmth of my seat through this cushion. Very convenient.

This thing completely saved my back. Makes driving much more comfortable. Some time ago I was injured and it was very difficult for me to drive. I couldn't stand it for more than a minute or two without severe pain and this pillow completely saved me from that!

My tailbone hurts after sitting in a chair for an hour. I bought this for relief (need to remove wedge coccyx pad) and it works for hours (with regular chair breaks). But memory foam shrinks and flattens out after a while, and once that happens, it no longer provides comfort. If you leave the chair for a few hours, the memory foam will return to its original shape and provide relief again.

I just received this cushion for my Peterbilt. I am a truck driver. I drive 8-10 hours every day. By the end of the day my tailbone was so sore it was numb. I've been using it for several days and there is absolutely no pain. I'm a heavy person too and this pillow is amazing. You have to remove a small piece to give your tailbone more support and it works great. I recommend this product to all truck drivers who are on the road for a long time.

This has worked MIRACLES in my car and relieved my tailbone pain. I tried other pillows but they were too thick for a car seat and made me sit too high in the car. It's thick enough to protect your tailbone but thin enough so you don't sit too high in the car. I also like that it's tapered so the front of your legs sit snugly in the car seat. The only thing I didn't like is that it folds, but after a day or so that crease straightened out immediately and the pillow lays flat.

This is the best seat cushion ever, absolutely love it! I drive a new Nissan Rogue Sport and while I love everything (except the seat recline) about this car, this seat cushion solved the problem. Unlike the gel pad, this pad is rather weak and doesn't contain anything. The product comes folded and has not lost its average crease in almost a week of continuous use. The cushion is only about an inch and a half thick and is made of flimsy foam that offers no real tailbone relief. The pillow was pretty much used up after about 2 weeks of use.
