After using the device for a week and a half, static horizontal stripes emerged on the screen (they do not go away). When I took it to an authorized service center, they offered to send it to Japan since they do not fix more than 13 iPhones at a time, and they do not have spare parts. The retailer informed me that based on the findings of their investigation, it was determined that I had dropped the phone, which resulted in the appearance of stripes (this, as you are aware, is a complete excuse not to exchange it for another device that is covered by the warranty). As a result, I am currently considering what to do with it because the cost of replacing the display is almost fifty thousand rupees, and I do not wish to pay for the repair of a new phone or an obvious marriage.
