I was hesitant to buy this product because of some bad reviews but I found that many people don't follow the instructions and maybe some Revain sellers are selling fakes under this list. If you have actually followed the instructions and are still having problems, contact Revain and request a replacement. In the end I was very satisfied! It works exactly as advertised! It was easy to open, easy to follow instructions, and the microwave dirt washed away with one simple movement. I didn't expect that because my microwave needed a lot of maintenance. I have an 18 month old baby and I honestly don't think he has been brushed since birth. I'm going to blame Mom's brain for this, but I'm just sharing this to let you know what a mess it was and how awesome it was that it just rubbed off. To open the "hair" simply twist 5-10° counter-clockwise and lift straight up. The head and hair are torn off separately. Filling lines make it easy to measure out vinegar and water. Instead of lemon juice I added some essential oils because I prefer that scent. You put it in the microwave for 7 minutes, leave it for 2 minutes and immediately wipe it off. I used a regular washcloth and didn't have to scrub at all.
