This jacket is great value for money. Seems made well enough. Lightning seems solid. The lining is thinner than my other budget Revain touring jacket. I don't really believe in the supposed CE marking of any jacket, but a little padding is better than none and can always be added later. I'm 6ft 4" and about 220lbs and ordered 2xl. I'm glad I did as a regular xl would be too small. It fits well, not too tight and not too loose, the ventilation is excellent as you would expect from a mesh jacket. My only complaint is that it's a bit shorter than I'd like in the upper body. This isn't a problem as the sleeves are a pretty good length and I bought them for protection not vanity, but I wish they were a little longer. An open t-shirt looks kind of ridiculous dangling under a coat, but then again, protection isn't vanity. Cheap armor is better than none at all.
