After leaving feedback on my disappointment that the battery failed to charge, the OURRY seller contacted me to let me know that I was under warranty and would ship a new device for free. Besides, they didn't. Do not interrogate me or bother me for details and request photos and videos of the bug. They sympathized and assured me that it was an anomaly. It's been 4 days and I have a spare and so far everything is working fine. The jury is still out on whether or not I will have similar issues, but I have to say their customer service is top notch! Thanks very much! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I liked this machine. It's just the right size to balance portability and performance. It produces a decent amount of fog and is virtually silent. Cleaning is also very easy. Unfortunately, the battery in my device is either defective or complete scrap. It worked fine for the first few weeks, but the capacity kept getting worse. Now he may only work 20 minutes before he dies. When I turn it on, the indicator says the battery is fully charged after about 20-30 minutes of charging, which is obviously not true. Verdict: Decent product that's either been sabotaged by the manufacturer by cheapening and using a super crappy battery, or I've only gotten even tougher by getting a bad battery.
