Our bathroom has 2 recessed lights. We leave one over the sink/mirror and place this over the bath/toilet. Ideal for early risers who don't need to shower in glaring light. I just turn out the white bulb a bit to turn it off and leave the backlight on, which is a lot easier for sleepy eyes. Also great for late night runs in the closet. Will definitely not regret this purchase.
