I ordered small at first, bust 38.5 and the size chart says 41.7 so thought I might have a little more room. Not correct! The little one was so tight it looked like it was painted on me. So I sent this one back for the big one. Which actually fits quite well. I plan to use the jacket for hiking and golfing so wanted to leave room for a few layers underneath. nothing bulky, just a few layers. This is a well made jacket and it fits your body well. As for the heat, everything is fine. Nothing special. What a disappointment. I'm 5'10 about 165lbs .31 waist 38.5 chest and the large was perfect. The size chart is not correct at all.
