Always falls apart on scooters

This scooter keeps falling apart. The main handlebars that fit into the floor have come out and been reinstalled many times. Another screw came out of the top of the scooter when he was only using the scooter for the second time. It would be a great little scooter if it didn't fall apart and lose screws.
