The first one broke and had to be returned, but I bought it again and it's perfect, easy and simple to make endless perfectly cooked pancakes. Pour the batter is easy because it has such a large surface area, it's very non-stick, you really don't have to worry at all, and I find the lower heat cooking is absolutely sufficient to get the job done very quickly. Flipping is actually very easy, it comes with a long wooden spatula, I was intimidated but honestly my kids make it incredibly easy. A very popular device in our house, highly recommended
