The perfect product for any user!

They bought it for $2,490 (after a first-time buyer discount and a delivery fee of $49). The chair's back was joined to the frame with a tiny wedding. We never saw the "finger effect" return to normal. After consulting with customer service, we followed their recommendation and walked on the fabric while the steam generator was running. Many thanks! A person of 158 centimeters in height would have a difficult time touching the floor with their fingertips alone. If the stack isn't facing the right way, you have to rise for a while and massage the chair before sitting down again. The chair has met all of our expectations and more; we highly recommend it.

Pros
  • High-quality seat with flawless construction and no protruding threads. Fantastic suede and fabric quality. "Finger effect" suede. The polyurethane used in both the chair's frame and its wheels prevents them from creaking or scratching the laminate surface. Maximum tilt range of 180 degrees. Adjustable armrests allow you to customize their height and incline. The armrests are cushioned for comfort. The "swing" mode can be disabled if desired. Just what I needed, a great lumbar pillow. Included screwdriver.
Cons
  • There are only 8 compartments in the package, however there are only 4 retaining rings and 4 lock washers needed to assemble the chair according to the diagram. The necessary quantity of the remaining components (bolts, etc.) is on hand. While this didn't cause any problems during construction, it's nevertheless annoying that something's missing. Bolt with an extra washer. A little bit of wheel noise. The plastic on the chair's hole component protrudes ever-so-slightly.
