Don't underestimate the ability to easily change the light temperature. With a simple switch you can choose different light temperatures! You can tweak them and experiment with the temperature of the light that works best for the environment. The fasteners are normal spring clips, which I think always need a small washer. However, installation is not difficult and they look very nice.
