at 7.5" my dogs snout was at the top end of the medium and the bottom end of the large size. Hoping to get a good fit I ordered both sizes. the issue I had is with the neck strap. The strap on the medium at its longest setting is only 8.5" which was too short for my dog. The neck strap on the large size, on it's shortest setting starts at 11". My dog fell between these sizes, so it just didn't work for me. Sent both back.

This thing sucks. Maybe my dog is too strong or too smart (probably not the second one lol) but she is able to pop this off with zero issues using her paws. Even when looped onto the collar as instructed, she can still take it off using just her paws. Durable as it is, that means nothing when it won’t even stay on. One clip and a loop on the collar isn’t enough, it needs a way to hook onto the bottom of the collar as well as the top in order to ensure that it stays on properly, id steer away…

Size small was too large for my papillon. The size chart says it will fit a small Pomeranian or other toy breeds, which may be true for the circumference, but the band is too wide. It was poking my dog in her eyes and extended past the tip of her nose. The strap that goes behind the head was also too big when adjusted as small as it would go. Definitely don't buy if your dog's muzzle is less than 2 inches long.

The size medium fit our Shiba inu really nicely. I probably could order the large as the medium has no room for adjustment . I ordered the small the first time around and it was too small. I will attach both small and medium for size reference . Small in red. Medium in purple. I like the feel of this one very soft and comfortable for our sweet girl ( we are using this because all of a sudden she is having a hard time being friendly when meeting new dogs at 9 years old )

I found that this did not fit my min pin mix. The section that goes over the top of the nose was too wide so it runs into her eyes. I'll have to find something even smaller than this. Also, the overlapping velcro straps may work for some for the adjustment, but I found them too fiddly to work with when trying to fit on an uncooperative dog. This muzzle may work for some, but not for tiny dogs or squirmy ones. More complete measurements would have helped me avoid the mistake of buying it.

Great product. I use this for my mini poodle when im grooming or bathing her. I Purchased a size small.was a bit loose but I just tied the extra and it fit her well after that.I definitely recommend.

I bought this because I don’t like putting muzzles on dogs if I don’t have to, but my pup is a bit destructive when he’s alone. I like this one because it is breathable, soft, and he doesn’t seem to mind it. It’s also machine washable which is important to me since I have a lab and he’s quite drooly.

Not impressed for a small dog. She was visibly uncomfortable with this muzzle while it looks breathable it just didn’t work for her or us.

My boyfriend has a yorkie rat terrier mix who has started getting nippy. I was giving her a furcut when she nipped so I said "not today Satan" and waited for this muzzle to arrive. We measured her snout and everything else seemed great but when it arrived and I tried to use it, it just didn't tighten up enough around her head. Made well, soft material as described. Ordered XL according to size chart. Still a bit large and slips off easily. I just ordered next size smaller. Will order again. thank you.

Our old dog loves to eat too many things in the yard and we just have to prevent it for his own good. The muzzle is comfortable, adjust well, the dog can breathe and smell stuff. The colors are great. This is exactly what we need it. We associate going out with wearing it, and the dog is fine with it (more or less!)

I purchased an xxl size for my large overweight dog. It was to keep him from eating animal feed on the farm. He was able to remove the muzzle in seconds by pushing his paw under the straps and undoing the velcro straps. I`d send it bck for a refund but too much hassle.

I purchased this with the intent of putting it on my dog to reduce his nighttime barking, but didn't have the heart to do it so the item sits unwrapped in a corner somewhere. Thankfully, my dog has gotten over his nighttime barking and now my husband and I can again sleep through the night!

Not really sure because I ordered the wrong size. I bought a medium but may need a small. I will probably give it away since I didn't pay a lot.

I am using this to help train my pup tget use to me clipping nails n over time wont have to use it as she gets use to me clipping them but i have let her to get used to me touching her paws n nails which she is ok with but clipping may be differnt

My small dog struggled with muzzle, he doesn't like his nails trimmed. I had to hold him with one arm and make sure the muzzle was secure with my hand. And another person trimmed the dog nails. It worked.

Not worth the money unless it was $1. My dog got out of it on 5seconds and when contacting seller, they were sarcastic "Congratulations you have a smart dog" try this one or both (link inserted)

I didn’t have it for even 10 minutes and one of the prongs on the latch broke off. Better to spend your money on a quality muzzle.UPDATE: after this review the company reached out to me and offered a full refund in a very prompt manner. Very appreciated.
