This thing sucks. Maybe my dog is too strong or too smart (probably not the second one lol) but she is able to pop this off with zero issues using her paws. Even when looped onto the collar as instructed, she can still take it off using just her paws. Durable as it is, that means nothing when it won’t even stay on. One clip and a loop on the collar isn’t enough, it needs a way to hook onto the bottom of the collar as well as the top in order to ensure that it stays on properly, id steer away from this unless you have a very "special” doggy who doesn’t know how to take things off its face or a dog that doesn’t care.
