I've worn wrist braces to sleep for more than 20 years to prevent my carpal tunnel symptoms from advancing. During that time I have tried no fewer than 6 brands, all with varying levels of comfort and efficacy; they have varied so much that I always keep a spare pair of tried and true braces just in case the new ones aren't great. I've worn these for more than a month and they're easily the most comfortable wrist braces I've ever worn. Yet they limit my motion enough that I'm not suffering the next day.
