I have owned several microdermabrasion systems and have done extensive research on them. This one is definitely my favourite. I love how it walks you through the beginner process and after acclimatization allows you to use it manually as well. I also like the variety of settings. This allows you to regulate the suction power as needed. I use a lower suction power on sensitive areas like eyes and cheeks. I used to have a portable device where the whole device fit in my hand, which is different from this one. This is a bit bigger, but visually very appealing. I prefer the Magic Wand tool, it allows me to treat areas that I couldn't treat effectively before. For example my forehead, with my old device I could never achieve permanent suction! I just couldn't find the right angle after months of trying! The trophy skin system allowed me to easily reach any areas that I had previously treated ineffectively. Maneuvering is very easy. I actually started using Trophy Skin infrared light and saw the amazing benefits it has for my skin so I decided to take the plunge with this device and my experience with Trophy Skin has been very satisfying. One thing they don't emphasize enough is that you have a cleaning brush and constantly clean the tip during the treatment. I had no problems with this system BUT my previous experience with ANY OTHER device, I didn't clean the diamond head during the treatment and dead skin cells accumulated on the tip and ended up scratching my skin so be careful. This was also done with a different device, which must be taken into account during treatment. I use a children's toothbrush to brush and it works great. My favorite part of the aftercare: when you remove the head to change the filter you see all the crap that came off, instant gratification! I would recommend this product to everyone as I have had great success with it!
