I love how it walks you through the beginner process and after acclimatization allows you to use it manually as well. I also like the variety of settings. This allows you to regulate the suction power as needed. I use a lower suction power on sensitive areas like eyes and cheeks. Let's start by saying that the product came without a charger and DVD. I called to have things shipped to me and the woman was rude. Eventually she agreed to send me a charger and DVD which arrived a week later. When I finally thought everything was fine and tried to use it, the product screen never turned on. I have had this machine for less than a month, used it about 5 times and it has lost suction. I made sure to change the filter and brush every time I applied a new color to my face and after each use. For the money I paid it wasn't worth it!
