Terrible instructions
This item must be below to really work. Nowhere in the instructions does it say that. I hung it in the center of my hot tub fully submerged for 12 hours because my hot tub is a lightweight inflatable pool and I didn't want it to burn a hole and it wouldn't even turn on. I put it on the floor sideways and for 6 hours the jacuzzi was hot. Somehow it doesn't burn holes in the plastic. I don't understand but I really like it now that I figured out how to use it.
