I had no idea I needed it!
I make the sauce almost every night and it works so much better than a regular whisk, who would have thought. The handle will seem short, but trust me, it works. I had no idea I would need this, but it's the perfect whisk if you're cooking roux in a deep pan, getting to the edge of the pan where a regular whisk is best for the center, leaving some around the edge, that's it, flour can walk but can't hide lol.
