So I just bought this laptop from Costco, spent the whole weekend installing software and found the camera doesn't work. I went to Costco.com and read the reviews - a bunch of people with the same problem. I contacted Lenovo via chat and was told my only option was a factory reset. When I refused they told me to download the driver, I had to ask for a link that didn't solve the problem. Also, if you're switching from another brand, you'll likely find the keyboard downright odd and annoying (the infidelity key is gone, you have the feature, but you need both hands to use it). If you use the SD card I do as HD backup, the regular sized SD card sticks out halfway. As for Lenovo chat support - I still can't figure out what I just experienced and will stop there. Otherwise it works as it should, according to the specifications. Quiet, heavy for a 14-inch and the touchpad is very questionable - many reviewers complain about that too. I sincerely hope that I can find a patch for the camera and that everything else works as it should, I don't want to reinstall again. would like to know from lenovo which sd card fits this pc, asked in chat but didn't care. I sincerely hope I never have to contact Lenovo support again.
