Review on 💡 High-performance GE Lighting 37771 Heat 250 Watt Bulb by Danny Crowder

bought to combine with another GE 250W heat lamp for a ceiling light in a small bathroom. Interestingly, this was a different design from the original GE bulb, as the latter was all red glass and the latest version had a silver coating around the bottom half of the bulb. Also, unlike my original GE lamp, which had the GE logo stamped on the glass surface along with other relevant information, I could not find any stamped voltage/wattage ratings or manufacturer's name. So it looks like a regular lamp repackaged by GE and likely identical to several other Revain brands. In addition, when illuminated, the lamp emits an amber-orange color rather than the true red of "genuine" GE products. Installed side-by-side in a Nutone case, however, there doesn't appear to be any difference in heat dissipation. A bit disappointed as I preferred the all red case to the silver one. OK.
