The headers were rusty when I got them and they were very rusty in the header pipes. The headers were chromed on the outside but the rust had already penetrated the chrome so I have to paint them. If you are looking for a good quality header look elsewhere but if you are looking for cheap low quality headers buy these (not cheap!)
