Review on πŸ“· Sony SEL18200LE 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 E-Mount Lens by Jacob Brasic

Its biggest advantage is the large focal length range.

I use this lens with the a6300 and to be honest it's the lens I took the most pictures with. I also have a 16-50mm kit lens and a 35mm f/1.8 prime lens. The reason I use this lens the most is because I'm spoiled for its tremendous focal length. 18-200mm is an incredibly versatile range and a great all-rounder. However, it has its downsides. First, it's big and heavy. In fact, it's just as heavy, if not a little heavier, than the camera body itself, meaning you're doubling the overall weight of the camera when using this lens. That's to be expected for a zoom lens of this focal length, but it's still worth mentioning. Another thing is that this lens definitely hunts for focus a lot. It's not strenuous, but it's definitely worth keeping an eye on in low light and critical shots.
