The ability for us as users of this product (and their customer) are able to train our machine learning model with little effort or human intervention compared other vendors in market place at time we evaluate them! There were some issues when I first started using it but they have been resolved since then so all was well after my initial experience working through those challenges - now its easy peasy!! We used Machine Learning from Microsoft Azure services which takes care most part about data preparation/processing before you even get into building ML Model itself by leveraging tools like Tensorflow etc.,.
