I LOVE THOSE! All you have to do is evaluate the many options available once you're pierced!

I like it! Many, many years later (at the age of 63!) I finally got my nose pierced again. They changed the design so that a small extra metal ball (whatever metal is used) at the end of the pen prevents it from coming loose and keeps it in place when you blow your nose or just scratch it. These multicolored stones of different sizes are a lot of fun to add jewelry to my outfit. They are amazing! I believe there are people who are allergic to certain metals but there are many options to choose from .925 sterling silver or 10-14k white and/or yellow gold. The possibilities are endless!
