Sweaty shop quality!

Not 10mm. Outside diameter from 9.5 to 9.8 mm (0.30 mm), change over 440 mm. Not 2mm. Wall thickness. Wall thickness 1.85 mm. Creepy, seriously! 2.5mm from true over 440mm.
