Review on OuterEQ Insulated Stainless Steel Bottle by Jessica Thomas

I used this product every day but after about 6 months the plastic holding the cap to the bottle started to tear until it finally ripped through. I contacted the seller to try and buy extra plastic to keep the cap attached and they said they didn't have any for sale, they offered me a discount for another bottle but what's the point if it does loosen the cap again? The bottle itself is excellent, serves its purpose and is of high quality, however the cap and the plastic that holds the cap are of very cheap quality.
