Review on ☕ Nespresso Pixie Coffee and Espresso Machine: Effortlessly Enjoy Barista-Quality brews with DeLonghi and Aeroccino, in Sleek Aluminum Design by Louis Alford

I bought this machine in April 2021 and it broke in August 2021. I called Nespresso and they told me to buy a descaling pack and go through the descaling process. I did this and the machine stopped working completely. As indicated in the catalogue, it must be descaled after 1000 cups. I had just over 100 before it broke. The quality of Nespresso machines has clearly gone down a lot since being contracted out to manufacturers like DeLoungi, which is a shame. I bought a Nespresso machine about 15 years ago and it still works. This one didn't last 6 months and I'm returning it for a refund, which Revain accepted because it has a 1 year guarantee (but refunds to me are only made in 2 installments which is annoying). I recommend NOT buying the DeLoungi brand, although I'm not sure if other brands are any better. This is another example of big corporations like Nestle cheapening their products and destroying the brand.
