simply make sure that the lamp/light bulb cable has a ring around the lamp frame to keep the lampshade and the light bulb on the spot. If you don't have a clothing steamer, hang you somewhere in the bathroom while taking a nice hot shower, and the steam in the tub helps to smooth the macrame. So cute in my bedroom on the coast.
