Great for automating email templates and campaigns

The tool itself has been great to integrate with our other tools in order build out custom emails, etc., but I'm not particularly fond of how it handles sending bulk or long form content via SMS (which are both important things we do.) Our organization also uses Zapier which allows us to connect all of these systems into one so that someone can set up their own automation without having developers/programmers who know what they're doing involved as well.

We have several clients where different departments manage customer service issues differently--some through direct phone calls while others use social media channels like Facebook Messenger chatbot integrations. For each client's messaging needs, there was never quite enough time between when something went live from within this system versus actually getting responses back, meaning people were waiting too much before receiving answers! This made them feel more frustrated than if those conversations had happened sooner after going down live instead of The best feature of this software it's that you can make many emails at once, also I like how easy to use its interface! There are some features which could be improved (like sending more than one files in same campaign), but not really important as long your customer service cares about their clients needs/requests :) If someone want send mass bulk emails try instillers first before going any other way!! We're using them since several months now with great success so far.
