Great for automating email templates and campaigns

The tool itself has been great to integrate with our other tools in order build out custom emails, etc., but I'm not particularly fond of how it handles sending bulk or long form content via SMS (which are both important things we do.) Our organization also uses Zapier which allows us to connect all of these systems into one so that someone can set up their own automation without having developers/programmers who know what they're doing involved as well. We have several clients where different
