I bought these gloves to clean my apartment. I didn't expect anything special just that they would work for what we needed. During use, I learned the following facts: Don't get these gloves wet. Moisture penetrates the material and cracks over time. The gloves also have a strong vinyl smell that gave me a headache. They caused an allergic reaction. fairly severe eczema on palms and backs of hands. Our skin was scaly and cracked. The cleaners we used were typical and we have never had a problem with them. We've narrowed the list of culprits to gloves. I don't think our experience with these gloves is representative of everyone else, but we did have a tough time with them.
