The organization is in great hands since it has been working with Vcongress, which makes everything smooth when dealing business-wise! Nothing to dislike so far as this one concerns my experience using them thusfar - I will recommend their services always if needed. This was not an easy decision but after having worked well together i feel that we are able make our relationship benefit us both greatly!! I like that it's easy to use, has many features and is very user friendly. The interface could be more intuitive - sometimes you need help figuring out how to do something basic. But overall, this software works well! We are able to communicate with our customers in real time through video conferencing. This helps us keep track of what we're doing at meetings so there aren't any surprises later.
