I have had this unit since December 23, 2019 and have not noticed any change in the air quality in my medium sized room. First, this expensive device has no remote control. I mean come on It's 2020 and even my $29 window fan came with a remote control. Good. How about WiFi to connect the app? nope Why is there a WiFi icon on the control panel? Am I missing something? I've searched the App Store and found nothing. I had a cheap honeywell carbon filter and it instantly made the air fresher. I can't tell any difference at all with this block. I chose the smoke filter and I can still smell cigarette smoke from passers-by on the street, even though this device is in front of the house near the window. There seems to be a disadvantage with LED backlighting and "automatic". mode function. If I set the device to "Auto mode" and then want to turn off the bright backlight on the control panel, the device turns off Auto mode when the light off button is pressed. Therefore, you cannot use this device in a car without a bright control panel. In the end I am very disappointed with this product given the price. It's basically an $800 fan. Don't believe all these rave reviews.
