Review on InsightX by Black Croom

The platform is easy enough for our needs (very simple) but powerful enough if we need more features down the road. It's not cheap by any stretch though so it takes some consideration in deciding whether or what level of service/support is needed versus cost effectiveness vs flexibility etc. Their support team could be better at figuring out how certain things should work rather than just giving an answer without understanding why they are asking something like "How can I do this?" Also their pricing model isn't always clear - sometimes there may seem too much upfront commitment before starting which makes it difficult to budget properly as well when looking over other options since those have slightly lower up front costs but tend towards having higher ongoing fees compared. Having multiple levels where access varies according to roles within departments will help keep people focused while still allowing them freedom/leeway depending upon individual requirements/needs.
