The software was purchased as part of our acquisition strategy. As a result of that strategy, the entire team responsible for this product has been replaced. This included both the technical lead and the head of the sales force. The product itself is quite poor and does not meet the needs of our company. The customer support team is almost non-existent and provides little value. The product is poorly developed and has a high rate of defects. For example, a major issue with our application is that users cannot add notes to any invoice. This means that the product is useless for tracking progress on a project and for collecting information from the client on the project. Also, the application requires manual intervention to generate invoices and payments - something that should be automatic. We paid $20,000 for the license of this software and we feel that the product is completely unusable.
