GREAT Customer Service and Professional Services

I like that it is easy to use, but more importantly they are always there when you need them! They have helped us with many different things from payroll processing needs (payroll) through our accounting process as well as cash management issues we were having at one point in time during an expansion phase of my business - all very helpful services provided by this organization which has been great!! This included both the technical lead and the head of the sales force. The product itself is quite poor and does not meet the needs of our company.
