I was a bit intimidated with the installation at first, but other than having to turn it on, the rest of the installation was a breeze. What seemed like a lot of work was actually done in just a few minutes. The installation instructions were clear and easy to understand. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the looks of everything. It's quite large and doesn't look "natural". However, it is comfortable even for a hard seat. Using the wireless remote control (which is highly recommended) is pretty simple and straightforward. I really like that it heats the water (if you chose to do so) BEFORE you wash. The print and orientation settings are very handy for getting the "right spot". "Drying" is like a dryer in a toilet. It blows warm air, but if you don't have time to sit and dry I'd recommend still using TP to dry. Overall I would recommend the bidet to anyone who needs this type of hygiene aid.
