After having a problem disconnecting the hose from the pump and draining the water onto the wooden floor, I went in search of this type of product. Since I have a 55 gallon tank with multiple vent lines, I chose 10 of these. All 10 installed on arrival (very fast delivery). If you have air supply problems after installation, remove the valve and blow in. I found 2 out of 10 required for this. After doing this I have had no issues with the airflow reduction and they have been installed for 2 months now. I also like the fact that they have to be disassembled to clean so I never have to replace them unlike others who once clogged have to throw them out and buy new ones. I can only recommend these check valves. They work great.
