The name says it all; Great little bell that fits anywhere on the handlebars and the hammer adjusts 360 degrees around the bell to suit your preference. Extremely reliable, it has only one moving part of any value (spring-loaded hammer). A flick of your thumb and you'll hear a fairly loud and clear bell. Love the fact that it sits unobtrusively on my black steering wheel until needed. For less than $15 including shipping and applicable sales tax, you can't go wrong with this bell. This bell should be worn by all cyclists for their own safety and the safety of surrounding pedestrians.
