I've had it for about a month. This is a great speaker when charged, but it doesn't hold a charge at all. I charged it fully, used it in the shower for 20 minutes, then tried again the next day and it's dead. When I'm not using it I skip it, but it's dead instantly anyway. So I have to am Leave the end connected to the road and can't hear it from the shower. I am willing to try and contact the company so hopefully they will say it is not common and replace it. I'll update this when I get a new one that actually holds a charge and works! I emailed the company right after writing the above review. They came back very quickly, sent me a new one (they even checked beforehand) and had a return label to send the bad one back. I like it a lot more now it holds a charge! Only 4/5 because the sound quality isn't always that good. But in all respects it's a good product and great customer service too! Buy it! (8.10.2013)
