I'm petite and need something to wear over my clothes so I stay dry and don't trip. That works great. It's lightweight and fits my arms without being too long. It also covers my jeans below the knees. It looks more like a poncho than a coat, but snaps under the armpits to keep it in place. I recommend being careful when unzipping as it's made of plastic and the buttons can break if you pull hard.
