Being able to communicate internally with our employees, as well have an easy way of sending emails out externally is very beneficial! I also like that you can create groups within your beems account which allows us at least in theory only one person needs access if we need it - but not having many people who actively use them makes this hard sometimes so maybe give more time into using these tools? We are solving issues regarding communication between different offices / regions all over Europe (and beyond).
