I like how easy it is to use, very user friendly! The interface of this software makes me feel comfortable with my work. It's simple enough for anyone who has no experience using an email marketing program. There are plenty of features available in order to customize your own emails. This tool offers many different types of templates; however some templates can be repetitive or too generic. If you're looking into purchasing a product which allows you to manage multiple companies without hiring additional employees there isn't anything else out there that will do so. Being able to track all our customer data in one place was great!
