Let me first say that I am very happy with the quality of these mirrors. They are machined from very durable billet aluminum. I'm impressed with how good they are compared to what they cost. These days I rarely feel that products have good value. But these are definitely there. I'm an old-school believer and believe that the product isn't the only thing that matters when making a purchase. Equally important is how well a company supports its product. It was Motobiker's customer service that made me write this review. My order originally came with mismatched mirrors. The packaging department must have mixed up two different product lines. The differences were subtle, but totally noticeable to a perfectionist like me. I contacted Motobiker with the discrepancy and they immediately replaced the mirrors. Any business can make a mistake, which is to be expected. It's the companies that fix these errors quickly that give me confidence in their products and keep coming back to them. Motobiker impressed me not only with the value of their product but also with their customer service. It seems to be a rare combination these days. I highly recommend these mirrors and I highly recommend this company.
