Despite what the reviewers said, I purchased this product based on the "Best Controller Phone Mounts of 2019" from an online source and it was rated a "Personal Choice". Unfortunately, as other people have pointed out, the section where two pieces appear to need to be fastened together to secure it DOES NOT connect easily. After many difficult attempts and two controllers later, it finally came together, but the piece broke in half in the process. It's holding up for now and I've been able to test it with my phone, but obviously it's not an ideal situation. Once this thing comes off you can't put it back on which is a shame as the angle adjustment of the phone is great and holds the phone tight. Such a disappointment. Incredibly disappointing product.
