Received on Friday, charged overnight, spent 3 hours on Saturday to get it working and then chatted for another 3 hours until we finally got it working. There are no instructions for this yet and Google searches are misleading for this new Arlo camera. Chat managers were also not very familiar with it, and they had to install and remove the camera many times, do a factory reset, something could only be configured on the website, something only on the phone. I was ready to return it when suddenly the camera started working. It turns out it only captures up to 15-20 feet. Arlo is a good company so I hope they fix these glitches soon. Addendum: very disappointed. It only works when it wants to. I had it for 5 days. Only worked for 2 days. The battery has already dropped to 60%. Get answers from Arlo's email support team to help you. A week later it finally worked. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the difficult start.
