Like: I've only used it once, but it worked better than any can opener I've used in years. I followed the instructions to charge the can opener overnight before using it. Then this morning I followed the instructions and easily opened the pumpkin jar. It gave a very clean cut with no chips or dents. Haven't tried it on very large glasses yet but will edit my review if I run into any issues. For example: This is a nice little black device. It fits in the palm of my hand. It has a small flat spot on one side so it can be easily placed on the counter. However, it is small enough to fit in a box. I recommend keeping the can opener and charging cable together as the charging cable has a unique design. In the instructions there was a reference to the short charging cable. However, the cord I received is 5 1/2 feet long! Dislikes: This item was almost impossible to get out of the box. Of course, it was easy to remove from the shipping material, but removing it from its own box was a nuisance! The opener was packaged in cardboard that was folded in such a way that I actually had to break open the outer packaging to get the device into the box. Then the task of pulling the item completely out of the inner carton was another task with a knife. There must be a better way. I will say that the device was packaged to be delivered intact but still.
