Review on 🎣 Ironclad Supply Tarred Bank Line: Premium Nylon Twine for Fishing, Hunting, Camping & Bushcraft Activities – Strong, Odorless and Mess-Free Tar Coating by Jesse Spoja

Excellent quality product.

Having been a paracord fan for many years I read about the Bankline for a while and when I was offered to try the reel I accepted the offer immediately . Ordered a spool of #18 braided line. The quality of the cable convinced me. It's very durable and seems to be holding up very well. It's a bit stiff when you first take it off the reel, but after some time of use it loosens up. I first made a short version of the standard paracord bracelet. The shoreline sticks very well and doesn't slip like paracord. It also doesn't stretch, which makes projects like this pretty easy. It turns out a small, but very strong cord. Untying complex knots (or a paracord bracelet) takes a little more effort, but it's doable. I then tried a few different knots and they all seemed to hold up very well as resin tends to be a bit sticky. is very suitable for anchoring and for guy lines to tie down the tarpaulin. The tar coating should allow it to withstand the weather conditions. Another nice discovery is that the ends don't fray when cut, so they don't need to be fused together like paracord. I won't throw paracord out of my kits, I will add extra cord.
