After using bread wrap for the first time, I was ready to return it; My bagels are still moldy on the counter. But to be honest they've been sitting out for a few days which I know was unwise given it came from a bagel shop and they don't add any preservatives. Next time I'll just use paper. But I've put it in bags with other breads and they seem to have taken root very well. Try it! I also bought fresh grocery paper and was blown away. Pair it with my cilantro, which always goes bad after a few days. With paper, and mind you I was very skeptical that it would do any good, cilantro seemed to last 2 weeks with no brown leaves. Made it with zucchini too, but I think I waited too long as it's already getting old. The salad lasted longer as did other random items strewn in the bin and I threw paper over them. Pleasantly surprised.
