My girlfriend bought these shoes for our Caribbean vacation and they fit and look good but the very thin soles offer little to no protection in gritty/rocky situations. They offer very little grip. They are fine for wearing in a public shower or bath, but not as athletic shoes if you have to walk on rocky surf.
